Yup, today we had to buy a new phone.

Here’s why. I want to test the magicjack, connected to the laptop, with only the laptop battery and the cellular connection. We’re going to Hidalgo today, and it’s a good opportunity to give the MJ a really tough test.

So I dreamed up this phone scenario.

I went down to Home Depot last night and bought a cheapy General Electric telephone that does not require any additional power connection for my test today.

Anyway, I’ll let you know how it goes when I get back.
